1. Before you go

Check the host's verification badge, reviews, and hosting history on their public profile. Tell a friend or family member where you're going and share your ticket details with them.

2. At the event

• Keep your ticket QR private — it's your entry credential and it rotates for security.
• Stay in public, well-lit areas when meeting new people.
• Trust your instincts and leave if something feels wrong.

3. Payments

Never pay a host outside the Platform. Off-platform payments have no escrow protection and are not eligible for any OTW refund. Report any host who asks you to pay off-platform.

4. Get help

Use the report button on any profile, event, or message. In an emergency, contact local authorities first, then notify OTW Support at support@otw.pro.
