Terms of Service

The rules for using OTW as a guest or a host in Indonesia.

v3.0Effective August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OTW ('the Platform'), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines and Host Terms, all incorporated by reference.

OTW is operated by PT Republik Rakyat Konoha for users in Indonesia and is priced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sign-in is available with email and with Google. Sign-in by phone number is displayed in the app but is not yet active.

  • One account per person — no shared or resold accounts.
  • Your profile is completed in stages: core identity for everyone, then identity verification (KYC and liveness) and payout details for hosts.
  • Verified identity (KTP or equivalent) is required before withdrawing funds from paid events.

3. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only once payment settles through a Bank Indonesia-licensed payment provider (currently DOKU and Finpay). Supported methods include QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets and cards issued in Indonesia; the methods available at checkout may change over time.

Seats or slots are held for a limited payment window and released automatically if payment is not completed in time.

Hosts receive 100% of the ticket price they set. OTW charges a service fee to the guest on top of that price, shown in IDR at checkout before you pay. Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when a full ticket refund is issued.

Free events are free for guests. Free events are limited to 10 participants; paid events may host between 2 and 500 participants.

4. Escrow and payouts to hosts

Guest payments are held in escrow by OTW and released to the host's Host Earnings balance at the event's scheduled start time, provided the event has not been cancelled or reported.

Hosts choose between automatic payouts and payouts on request. Withdrawals go to a linked Indonesian bank account or e-wallet saved in the host's payout details, are processed in IDR, and may take up to 3 business days to arrive.

Payout method checks are automated. Withdrawals above Rp 50,000,000 are additionally reviewed by our team before they are released.

5. Cancellations

Each event carries the cancellation policy chosen by its host and shown on the event page before you pay. Unless the host selects otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

Hosts who cancel a published event trigger an automatic full refund to every guest, regardless of the event's cancellation policy.

6. Hosting responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the events they publish, including venue permits, capacity limits, and the cancellation policy shown to guests.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Circumventing the Platform to pay or be paid outside OTW for a listed event.
  • Posting false, misleading, or illegal event listings.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct toward other users, including in event chat and reviews.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Host Terms, or applicable Indonesian law, including consumer protection and electronic transaction regulations.

9. Liability and disputes

OTW is a marketplace connecting hosts and guests; we are not the organiser of any event. To the extent permitted by law, OTW's liability is limited to the service fees you paid on the relevant booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app and take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of OTW after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
